Huayi Wu ,male, born in 1966, Ph.D., Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholars, doctoral tutor, deputy director of the State Key Laboratory, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions to the National Talent Project, enjoying special government allowances from the State Council. Hosted and participated in more than 30 973, 863, fund and other projects, won the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Innovation Team) and 2 second prizes. He is the Chairman of the International Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Society IV/2 Working Group, China GIS Member and Secretary General of the Theory and Method Committee. He is a national outstanding doctoral dissertation, obtained 3 patents, 8 software registrations, 4 monographs, and 85 SCI/SSCI/EI papers.
